Account & Registration

Registering at Betjee takes under two minutes. Go to betjee.cash/register, fill in your email address or Pakistan mobile number, choose a password, enter your basic personal details and tick the terms and age confirmation boxes. Once submitted, you'll get a verification email — click the link and your account is live. You can make your first PKR deposit straight away.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register at Betjee. Age is verified during registration using your date of birth and again when you make your first withdrawal via our KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately and any balance is reviewed in line with our Terms and Conditions.

No — Betjee strictly allows one account per person. Duplicate accounts are identified by name, mobile number, payment method, device and IP address. If duplicate accounts are found, they will be suspended and balances held pending investigation. If you've lost access to your original account, contact support@betjee.cash rather than creating a new one.

On the login page, click "Forgot password?" and enter your registered email address. A password reset link will be sent to your inbox within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive. Follow the link to choose a new password. If you've also forgotten your email address, contact support@betjee.cash with your full name and registered mobile number.

Yes. Contact Betjee support at support@betjee.cash with a request to change your registered contact details. You'll be asked to verify your identity first — this is to protect your account from unauthorised changes. Once verified, the update is processed within 24 hours.

If you want to close your account, email support@betjee.cash with the request. If you're closing due to concerns about your gambling, please consider using the self-exclusion tool in your account settings first — it's faster and available 24/7. If you just want a break, a cooling-off period may be more appropriate. Any remaining PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after identity verification.
Deposits & Payments

Betjee accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. All deposits are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — no currency conversion is required at any stage.

The minimum deposit at Betjee is Rs 200. This applies to all supported payment methods including Easypaisa and JazzCash. There is no maximum deposit limit listed as a fixed cap — contact support if you need to discuss high-volume deposits.

Deposits via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay are credited instantly in most cases. IBFT bank transfers typically take a few hours depending on your bank's settlement cycle. Visa/Mastercard deposits are usually instant but may occasionally take up to 15 minutes. If a deposit hasn't appeared after these timeframes, contact support@betjee.cash with the transaction reference.

First, check your Easypaisa or JazzCash account to confirm whether the funds were actually deducted. If they were deducted but haven't appeared in your Betjee account within the expected timeframe, email support@betjee.cash with your registered email address, the deposit amount, the payment method used and the transaction reference number from your wallet. Do not attempt the deposit again until the first attempt has been investigated.

Betjee does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider — for example your bank or mobile wallet — may apply their own transaction charges. These vary between providers and are not controlled by Betjee. Check with your Easypaisa or JazzCash account or your bank for their applicable fees before depositing.
Withdrawals

Log in to your Betjee account and go to the Cashier section. Select Withdraw, choose your preferred payment method (Easypaisa, JazzCash, bank transfer, etc.), enter the amount in PKR and confirm. Betjee processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Most are settled significantly faster. You'll receive a notification once your funds are on their way.

The minimum withdrawal at Betjee is Rs 500. This applies across all supported withdrawal channels including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay and IBFT bank transfers.

Betjee processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within a few hours of processing. Bank transfers may take an additional business day after processing depending on your bank's receiving schedule. If your withdrawal hasn't arrived within 48 hours of submission, contact support@betjee.cash.

Before your first withdrawal is processed, Betjee's KYC verification requires a copy of your Pakistan CNIC (front and back) or valid passport. This is a standard identity verification requirement and protects you as much as it protects Betjee from fraud. Documents can be submitted via the Verification section of your account. Once verified, the status is permanent — you won't need to resubmit unless your details change.

Common reasons include incomplete KYC verification, an unmet bonus wagering requirement, a balance below the minimum Rs 500 threshold, or a mismatch between your account details and your payment method. Check your account's notification section for the specific reason. If the reason isn't clear, contact support@betjee.cash with your withdrawal reference number.
Cricket Betting

Betjee covers all major cricket — Pakistan Super League (PSL), bilateral series involving Pakistan, ICC tournaments including the World Cup and Champions Trophy, domestic T20 leagues and international Test matches. Yes — Betjee offers live in-play cricket betting on all major fixtures. Markets update ball by ball and include options like next wicket, runs in over, method of dismissal, session totals and match result. Live odds are competitive and the betting interface is designed to be fast even on mobile data connections common in Pakistan.

Betjee has a dedicated Live Cricket Score section that shows real-time scorecard updates for all ongoing matches. You can follow the score alongside your live betting without switching between applications. Scores update automatically and include ball-by-ball commentary for supported fixtures.

The minimum stake on cricket betting markets at Betjee varies by market but is generally set at a very low PKR amount to accommodate all types of players. Check the stake field directly on the betting slip for the specific market minimum. This approach allows both casual and serious bettors to participate on every fixture.
Casino & Games

Betjee offers a comprehensive games library including: cricket betting, 500+ slot games, Jackpot Slots with growing prize pools, Andar Bahar, live casino tables (roulette, blackjack, baccarat, game shows), crash games including Aviator, and the full online casino section. All games are available in PKR.

Andar Bahar is a traditional South Asian card game. A single "joker" card is placed in the middle. Players bet on whether a matching card will appear on the Andar (inside/left) or Bahar (outside/right) side. Cards are dealt one by one until a match appears. In crash games, a multiplier starts at 1x and increases. You place a bet and cash out before the multiplier "crashes." If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the value at your cash-out point. If the game crashes before you cash out, the bet is lost. The crash point is randomly determined each round. Jackpot Slots at Betjee feature pooled prize pools that accumulate with every bet placed on those games across all players. The jackpot grows until one player triggers the winning combination, at which point the full prize is paid out and the pool resets. Some jackpots are fixed-value while others are progressive. Yes. All casino games at Betjee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Live dealer games use physical cards and wheels operated by trained dealers on live video, making manipulation impossible. Betjee's game providers are established companies with independently verified fair play certifications. The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each slot is visible in its game information panel.
Bonuses & Promotions

New Betjee players qualify for a welcome bonus on their first PKR deposit. The specific offer — including the match percentage and maximum bonus amount — is displayed on the promotions page at the time you register and make your first deposit. Welcome bonus amounts and terms may change periodically, so check the current offer when you're ready to claim it.

Wagering requirements (sometimes called playthrough or turnover requirements) specify how many times you need to bet the bonus amount before it becomes withdrawable cash. For example, a Rs 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you need to place Rs 20,000 worth of qualifying bets before you can withdraw the bonus as real PKR. Your progress is tracked automatically in your account bonuses section.

During the registration process at betjee.cash/register, there is a promo code field in the account details step. Enter any promo code you have before completing registration. Promo codes entered after registration is complete cannot be applied retroactively, so make sure to enter it during sign-up if you have one.

Check your Bonuses section in your account — some bonuses require manual activation via a button before they are credited to your playing balance. If the bonus shows as available but hasn't been applied, try logging out and back in. If it still isn't showing, contact support@betjee.cash with your deposit reference and the name or details of the promotion you expected to receive.
Security & Privacy

Yes. Betjee uses 256-bit SSL encryption across the entire platform — this is the same standard used by banks and major financial institutions. Your login credentials, personal data and payment information are encrypted in transit and at rest. Two-factor authentication is available on your account for an additional layer of security. Personal data is handled in line with our Privacy Policy and is never sold to third parties.

Log in to your Betjee account, go to Account Settings and look for the Security section. From there you can enable 2FA using your registered Pakistan mobile number — each login from an unrecognised device will require a one-time code sent by SMS. This is strongly recommended, especially if you use Betjee on a mobile shared with others.

All official Betjee communications come from the @betjee.cash domain. Betjee will never ask for your password by email, SMS, WhatsApp or live chat — not under any circumstances. If you receive a message claiming to be from Betjee that asks for your password or financial details, do not respond and forward the details to support@betjee.cash immediately so we can investigate.

Change your password immediately using the Forgot password option on the login page, then email support@betjee.cash explaining the situation. Our team can lock your account immediately, review the login history, and investigate any unauthorised activity. If any transactions you didn't authorise have occurred, these will also be reviewed as part of the investigation.
Responsible Gaming

Go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming after logging in. You can set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit in PKR. Limits take effect immediately once confirmed. Reducing a limit takes effect straight away. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour cooling-off period before the new higher limit becomes active — this ensures limits can't be impulsively undone.

Self-exclusion is available in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. A minimum self-exclusion period of 6 months applies. Once activated, your account is suspended for all play and deposits — you can still withdraw any remaining balance. The exclusion cannot be reversed during the minimum period, even by request. Yes — Betjee offers cooling-off periods of 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 2 weeks or up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period your account is suspended for play and deposits but you can still withdraw your PKR balance. This is a good option if you want a defined break without permanently closing your account. Set it up in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming.
