Betjee Terms and Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Betjee website, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Betjee, including cricket betting, live casino, slots, jackpot games, crash games and Andar Bahar.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or use any Betjee service. Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To register and use Betjee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Betjee strictly prohibits access by anyone under the legal adult age.
• You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing Betjee is lawful where you are located.
• You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.
• You must not be a Betjee employee, contractor, agent or a close family member of any such person.
• You must not have previously had a Betjee account that was suspended or permanently closed for violation of these Terms.

Betjee reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. If satisfactory proof is not provided, or if it is established that a player is underage, the account will be suspended immediately and any balances or pending withdrawals will be held pending review.

3 Your Account

Each person is permitted to hold only one Betjee account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by matching name, address, phone number, payment method, device fingerprint or IP address — will be treated as duplicates. Betjee will close all but the original account and may void any bets or withdrawals processed through duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Betjee login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Betjee will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe your account has been accessed by someone else, contact Betjee support immediately at support@betjee.cash. We will temporarily suspend the account while we investigate.

• All personal information provided at registration must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Betjee may ask you to verify your identity by submitting a copy of a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or other government-issued document.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 or more consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity administration fee of Rs 200 per month after notification.
• You may close your Betjee account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following identity verification.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions at Betjee are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no currency conversion at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The payment methods accepted by Betjee for Pakistani players include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa or Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. Deposits are credited to your Betjee wallet instantly in most cases. In rare situations where a deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

• Betjee does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with Easypaisa, JazzCash or your bank directly.
• Deposits must come from payment methods registered in your own name. Betjee will not process deposits from accounts belonging to third parties.
• Betjee reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits. This is a standard anti-money-laundering measure and is not an accusation of wrongdoing.
• Failed or reversed deposits may temporarily restrict certain account functions until the issue is resolved.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals at Betjee are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud requirement and cannot be overridden. For example, if your last deposit was via Easypaisa, your withdrawal will be processed back to your Easypaisa account.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Betjee targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though most are completed significantly faster. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider's own settlement schedules.

• Before a first withdrawal can be processed, Betjee may require identity verification including CNIC or passport documentation.
• Betjee reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending investigation if unusual account activity is detected.
• Players must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• There is no fee on standard withdrawals from Betjee's side. Third-party charges from your payment provider may apply.
• Accounts with unresolved balance disputes or active responsible gaming restrictions may have withdrawals delayed until the issue is resolved.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Betjee offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. Each bonus comes with its own specific terms, including wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds requirements and expiry periods. The general bonus terms in this section apply to all offers unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. This requirement will be clearly stated in each offer's terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the stated period, or whose wagering requirements are not met within the stated timeframe, will be automatically removed from your account.
• One bonus at a time: Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once will have all accounts closed and all bonuses voided.
• Game weighting: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and certain slots may contribute at a lower percentage. Each offer's terms will specify the applicable game weighting.
• Betjee's discretion: Betjee reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Players will be notified of material changes to active bonuses.

Betjee monitors accounts for bonus abuse patterns including low-risk bet hedging, arbitrage strategies designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal variance and unusual deposit-withdrawal cycles around bonus periods. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have their bonuses voided and may be permanently restricted from future offers.

7 Betting Rules

All bets placed on Betjee are subject to the specific rules for the sport or event in question, as displayed at the time of bet placement. The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the platform.

• Bets are final once confirmed. Betjee does not cancel or amend bets due to changes in circumstances after confirmation, except where event-specific rules provide for settlement adjustments.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed on the relevant market page and may vary by sport, competition and market type.
• Betjee will settle bets according to the official result from the governing body of the relevant sport. For cricket, this is the ICC or the relevant domestic board.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed or voided, bets will be settled according to the specific event rules published on Betjee's platform at the time of betting.
• Live in-play bets are accepted subject to latency between the broadcast feed and actual play. Betjee reserves the right to void bets placed during observable delays where the outcome could have been known to the bettor before acceptance.
• Maximum payout limits per single bet slip apply. These are published in the betting rules section of the platform and are updated periodically.

Betjee reserves the right to void any bet suspected to have been placed fraudulently, as part of a coordinated abuse pattern, or where a system or pricing error is evident.

8 Casino Games

Casino games on Betjee — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and Andar Bahar — are provided by licensed third-party software providers. Each game's rules are displayed within the game interface itself. Published RTP (Return to Player) figures for all games reflect the theoretical long-term statistical return and do not guarantee specific outcomes within any given session.

• Betjee is not responsible for software or connectivity failures originating from the game provider's side. In the event of a mid-game disconnection, the game state will be restored to the last confirmed server-side position when you reconnect.
• Technical malfunctions or software errors that affect game results will result in the affected round being voided and your stake returned.
• Crash games, including Aviator, use Provably Fair cryptographic seed verification. You may verify any round's outcome independently using the verification tools provided within the game interface.
• Auto-cashout and auto-bet features are provided as a convenience. Betjee accepts no liability for losses arising from the use of automated features, including losses resulting from connectivity issues during automated play.

9 Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited at Betjee. Accounts found to be engaging in any of the following will be suspended immediately and subject to permanent closure, along with forfeiture of balances pending investigation.

• Providing false registration information including name, date of birth, address or payment details.
• Creating multiple accounts under the same or different identities.
• Using another person's account or payment method without their knowledge and consent.
• Engaging in or facilitating money laundering through Betjee deposits and withdrawals.
• Using software bots, automated scripts or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the Betjee platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities in a way that gives an unfair advantage. Such winnings are not valid and will be voided.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes through collusion.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party in exchange for payment or commission.

Betjee cooperates with relevant authorities in investigations of financial crime and will provide player data, transaction records and account history when required by a lawful request from competent authorities.

10 Responsible Gaming

Betjee is committed to providing a safe, enjoyable gaming environment and takes responsible gaming seriously. We offer a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications after a specified session duration.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily suspend your account for a set period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-exclusion: Permanently close your Betjee account. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the Betjee website — including but not limited to the Betjee name, logo, design, graphics, game interfaces, written content, data feeds and software — is the intellectual property of Betjee or its licensed providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, scrape, frame, link to without permission, or otherwise use any Betjee content for commercial purposes. Personal, non-commercial use — such as sharing a screenshot with friends — is acceptable provided it does not misrepresent Betjee or imply endorsement.

12 Privacy & Data

Betjee collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at betjee.cash/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in that policy.

Betjee will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used to operate your account, verify your identity, process payments, fulfil responsible gaming obligations and, where you have opted in, to communicate offers and updates.

13 Limitation of Liability

Betjee provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party infrastructure issues and circumstances beyond Betjee's control may occasionally affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Betjee's total liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of the platform — including claims relating to bets, withdrawals, bonuses or account management — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Betjee account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Betjee accepts no liability for losses arising from:

• Your failure to read and understand these Terms before playing.
• Connectivity issues on your side including poor mobile data coverage.
• Actions taken by Betjee in good faith to comply with anti-money-laundering or responsible gaming obligations.
• Decisions made by game providers regarding game malfunctions or technical errors.

14 Amendments to These Terms

Betjee reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where practicable. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at betjee.cash/terms-conditions, with the "Last Updated" date clearly shown at the top of the page.

If you do not agree with an amendment, you should stop using Betjee and contact support to close your account. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
